Who we are
SynAI (synai.pro) is an AI consulting firm based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, and your rights under Québec's Law 25 and PIPEDA.
What we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone, company, website and your message, used to respond to your request. Free GEO audit: the website address you submit, your email, your first and last name, your company and your marketing-consent choice, used to generate and deliver your audit report. Analytics: usage data via Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Vercel Analytics and Meta Pixel (see their policies).
Marketing consent
When you request a GEO audit, delivering the report to your email is the service you asked for. The consent box on that form is ticked by default and must stay ticked to submit it, so requesting the audit also opts you in to occasional marketing emails from us. We record the time, IP and exact wording of that consent as required by CASL, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe option you can use at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to operate this site: Vercel (hosting, storage), Upstash (data store), Anthropic (AI analysis of the public content of the website you submit), Amazon Web Services SES (email delivery), Zoho CRM (lead management), Google and Meta (analytics/advertising). Your data may be processed outside Québec, including in the United States.
Retention
GEO audit data (reports, extracted branding, scores) is kept for approximately 45 days, then deleted automatically. CRM contact records are retained as long as needed to manage our business relationship.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact our privacy officer at info@synai.pro.
